  • High Power-to-Weight Solution (Propulsion):
    For UAV rotor propulsion, our high-power, high-speed BLDC motors (often outrunner or flat/frameless designs) are the core. By using high-grade rare-earth magnets, lightweight high-strength alloys, and advanced electromagnetic simulation, our motors achieve a power output far exceeding conventional motors at the same weight. Their high efficiency (>90%) maximizes the UAV’s flight endurance.
  • High-Precision Servo-Actuator Solution (Actuators/Gimbals):
    Precision position control is key for flight control surfaces, gimbal stabilization, or satellite antenna pointing. We provide integrated servo-actuators combining a small BLDC motor, a low-backlash planetary gearbox, and a high-resolution encoder.

    1. The BLDC motor provides high dynamic response.
    2. Our precision planetary gearboxes (backlash controllable to a few arc-minutes) offer high torsional stiffness and torque output, ensuring precise, jitter-free pointing of gimbals and control surfaces.
    3. For some high-holding-torque applications (like camera gimbals), our hybrid stepper motors (especially 0.9° high-res) with quiet drivers are also a viable, cost-effective choice.
  • High-Reliability Drive Solution:
    Failure is not an option in aerospace. Our BLDC drivers (ESCs) use high-reliability components, advanced FOC algorithms, and multiple protections (thermal, current, stall). For mission-critical tasks, we can also provide redundant designs (e.g., dual-winding motors, dual-channel drivers).

Engineering & Customization Capabilities:

  • UAV Rotor Propulsion:
    A multi-rotor UAV’s attitude is entirely dependent on the dynamic speed control of its BLDC motors. Our high-power BLDC motors feature extremely low inertia and high speeds (up to tens of thousands of RPM), enabling instant response to flight control commands for high-maneuverability flight and stable hovering.
  • Gimbal Systems:
    Gimbals for mapping or surveillance must keep the camera image absolutely stable despite severe aircraft vibration. Our small BLDC motors (or stepper motors) paired with low-backlash planetary gearboxes provide the high-bandwidth, high-precision position servo control needed to actively isolate vibration and ensure clear imagery.
  • Servo Actuators:
    Fixed-wing control surfaces, landing gear retraction, or satellite solar panel deployment all require high-reliability, high-force actuators.
